A BILL supplementing, amending and transferring between items of the existing appropriations from the state fund, general revenue, to the department of health and human resources, division of human services, "former" account no. 4050, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0403, fiscal year 1994, organization 0511, and consolidated medical service fund, "former" account no. 4190, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0525, fiscal year 1994, organization 0506, as appropriated by chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That specific items of the total appropriations to "former" account no. 4050, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0403, fiscal year 1994, organization 0511, and "former" account no. 4190, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0525, fiscal year 1994, organization 0506, chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as thebudget bill, be supplemented, amended and transferred with such items to thereafter read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend and transfer two million dollars to the personal services line item in the division of human services from the institutional facilities operations line item in the consolidated medical service fund, with no new moneys being appropriated. These amounts, as newly itemized, shall beavailable for expenditure in fiscal year 1993-1994 upon passage of this bill.
